60 minute sessions

Bass Athletics’ Speed and Agility program helps student-athletes move faster, change direction efficiently, and compete with confidence.

We coach sprint mechanics, acceleration and deceleration, lateral movement, and body control through age-appropriate progressions and sport-specific drills.

Sessions are high-energy and structured to boost performance while reducing injury risk, building movement skills that transfer to any sport.

Strength Training

Bass Athletics Strength Training develops strong, resilient student-athletes through safe, age-appropriate coaching.

One-hour sessions rotate upper and lower body for balanced progress and recovery.

We emphasize movement quality, injury prevention, and discipline over heavy lifting, building strength, confidence, and habits that translate to performance in sport, school, and life.

Eat Like an Athlete is Bass Athletics’ nutrition education program based on the science-backed principles of Dr. Susan Kleiner’s The New Power Eating.

Built for growing student-athletes, it teaches practical fueling for performance, recovery, focus, and long-term health without restrictive dieting.

Athletes learn what to eat, when to eat, and how to build consistent habits at home, school, and competition to support total development on and off the field.
